With the opening of the Mississauga Academy of Medicine in August 2011, lectures in the University of Toronto's MD program have moved to the big screen.

Every scheduled Med 1 lecture in the 2011-12 academic year will be delivered by high definition videoconference between the MSB and MAM lecture theatres. In addition, every lecture will be recorded (both video and presentation), and the recordings will be made available to students online.

In order to provide audiences at both sites with a high quality and equivalent experience, and also to allow for backup procedures in the case of problems, this site outlines those responsibilities, and also contains support information for lecturers.
